FRESH CATCH
Storage
Waterdance Trading operates floating storage cages in Salcombe Harbour, helping to keep shellfish fresh and in excellent condition. This approach allows the shellfish to remain in their natural environment until loading, preserving both quality and flavour. The harbour’s narrow entrance creates a continuous tidal flow, providing ideal conditions for maintaining the product at its best. Waterdance trading also provides shoreside storage in refrigerated and aerated tanks allowing us to move smaller quantities quickly and efficiently.
